I. Walk in Wisdom. (Genesis 24:11)

Live skillfully with God’s perspective.

Three Life Skills:

1. Listen

Proverbs 20:5 – “The purpose in a man’s heart is like deep water, but a man of understanding will draw it out.”

2. Encourage

1 Thessalonians 5:11 – “Encourage one another and build one another up…”

3. Gospelize

Colossians 4:5-6 – “Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.”

II. Pray Kingdom Prayers. (Genesis 24:12-14)

Matthew 6:9 (NLT) – “Pray like this: Our Father in heaven may your name be honored.”

Ephesians 3:14,19 – “For this reason I bow my knees before the Father…(for you) to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge…(and)…be filled with all the fullness of God.”

Colossians 1:9-10 – “…we have not ceased to pray for you …to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him: bearing fruit in every good work…”

Philemon 1:6 – “I pray that the sharing of your faith may become effective for the…sake of Christ.”

III. Act on your Prayers. (Genesis 24:15-20)

IV. Witness Together. (Genesis 24:21-67)

Be always Praying.

Listen well.

Eat with people.

Serve them.

Speak the Good News.

4. Look up some Kingdom Prayers and use them in your group and home. Matthew 6:9-15, Ephesians 3:14-21, Philippians 1:9-11, Colossians 1:9-14, 1 Thessalonians 3:11-13, 5:23-24, 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17, Philemon vs. 6)

5. What steps will you take this week to obey God’s call to share the gospel (Good News of Jesus)?
