                                             The Glory of The Strong One

                                                        Luke 11:14-26

I. Satan is always seeking ways to silence God’s Image Bearers.

But let all who take refuge in You be glad, Let them ever sing for joy…those who love Your name may exult in You.                                                                         Psalm 5:11 (NASB) 

I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart; I will tell of all Your wonders.  Psalm 9:1 (NASB) 

I will tell of Your name to my brethren; In the midst of the assembly I will praise You.

                                                                                                  Psalm 22:22 (NASB) 

That the generation to come might know, even the children yet to be born, That they may arise and tell them to their children                                                             Psalm78:6 (NASB) 

Tell of His glory among the nations, His wonderful deeds among all the peoples.

                                                                                                  Psalm 96:3 (NASB) 

II. There are two Kings & two Kingdoms at war while this earth exists & we will serve One or the other.

III. Attempts at self-reform will be damning.

Can the Ethiopian change his skin or the leopard his spots? And can you do right, being so accustomed to wrong?                                                                  Jeremiah 13:23  

IV. Praise for our salvation belongs only to the Lord.

Therefore, I will allot Him a portion with the great, And He will divide the spoils with the
strong; Because He poured out Himself to death, And was numbered with the
transgressors; Yet He Himself BORE the sin of MANY, And INTERCEDED for the
transgressors.                                                                              Isaiah 53:12
