Psalm 130

 I.  A VOICE CRYING OUT (Vs 1-2)

“Save me, O God, for the waters have threatened my life.  I have sunk in deep mire, and there is no foothold; I have come into deep waters, and a flood overflows me.  I am weary with my crying; my throat is parched; my eyes fail while I wait for my God.” Psalm 69:1-3

II.  A VOICE OF REASON (Vs 3-4)

“Hear my prayer, O Lord, Give ear to my supplications! Answer me in Your faithfulness, in Your righteousness! And do not enter into judgment with Your servant, For in Your sight no man living is righteous.”  Psalm 143:1-2

III.  A VOICE OF EXPECTATION (Vs 5-6)

“I wait for the Lord; from him I expect relief and comfort believing it will come, longing till it does come.” Matthew Henry

IV.  A VOICE OF ASSURANCE (Vs 7-8)
