I am pleased to work with a group of people who have a passion for God, a hunger to keep growing in their faith, a desire to do things with excellence, integrity of character and lives that God uses to draw others to Himself.

We understand that the biblical model for leadership is plural and faithfulness to one’s calling is as crucial today as it was in the early church.

Every person on our staff sees themselves as people who are here at MCC to represent Christ and serve others with the joy that God provides.
